Access & Parking at Link House Dental

There are multiple convenient ways to make your visit to the practice as easy and stress-free as possible.

By car

Link House is located just south of Fiveways on Upper Hollingdean Road in Brighton (BN1 7DU), conveniently positioned between Lewes Road (A270) and Ditchling Road.

Parking

We have 3 onsite parking spaces allocated to patients, plus a disabled parking bay. You may find the access and parking difficult if you have a large car. The parking is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and thus we cannot guarantee a spot.

Free street parking is available in the practice’s vicinity. Free parking bays are available on Upper Hollingdean road but also on Roedale Road, Hollingdean Terrace, and Dudley Road.

On-street parking is also available in the clinic’s proximity (Pay and Display). The practice is located between parking zones J and G.

By train

London Road (Brighton) Station is only a 8 minutes’ walk. From the station, exit onto Shaftesbury Place and turn left onto Ditchling Rise. Continue walking north and then turn right onto Upper Hollingdean Road. Follow this road downhill for 220ft. Link House will be on your left.

London Road (Brighton) Station is served by Southern Railway, offering regular services connecting to various destinations, including Brighton, Lewes, and Seaford. For travelers from London, you can take a train from London Victoria to Brighton and then transfer to a local service to London Road (Brighton).

By bus

The nearest bus stops are Bottom of Roedale Road, Springfield Road East and Rugby Road East, both just a short walk away. Bus routes 24, 26, 46, 50, 91 provide direct services to these stops, connecting you to various parts of Brighton and Hove.
