We uphold a strict policy that ensures only the treatment prescribed by the referring practitioner is carried out by our specialists. Under no circumstances will our clinicians perform any treatment outside the terms of the original referral without prior consent from the referring clinician. We do not provide general dental services.

What to Expect from Us
We are dedicated to providing a seamless experience for both you and your patients, ensuring that every aspect of their care is handled with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
- Clear, Open and Ongoing Communication. We prioritise clear communication throughout the treatment process.
- Timely Contact. We aim to contact your patient within 48 hours of the referral. Please let us know if the patient needs to be seen urgently.
- Comprehensive Treatment Plan. Following the initial examination, your patient will receive a written report outlining findings, prognosis, and proposed treatment plans.
- Written Report. You will receive a report detailing our findings and recommended treatment or treatment options when applicable. We will also share any relevant clinical data taken at the examination.
- Transparent Fees. We ensure all costs are discussed and agreed upon with your patient before treatment starts.
- Referral Back to Your Practice. You will receive a letter when the patient is referred back for continuous care and/or restorative care.
- Working together. We do not provide general dentistry and would only carry out the work for which you have referred the patient. We’d like you to consider us as a specialist department of your practice.
- Discussion of Recall Schedule. We will collaborate with you to establish the recall schedule and determine where follow-up visits occur.
- Treatment Updates and Additional Communication. You will receive any necessary verbal or written updates throughout the treatment process. We are happy to discuss treatment plans anytime via telephone, video meeting or in person.
